Description

User support technicians provide first-line technical support to computer users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware and with computer applications and communications software. Job duties

    • Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software

Description

A Business Development Officer is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business development strategies to heighten company profitability.
